In this workshop we will breakdown the aspects of a backbend practice. We will work with strengthening and mobilizing our hips, spine and shoulders, by creating more space, strength and support in our bodies.
This workshop is intended for those who want to work on backbends or have a sincere desire to learn how to practice wheel pose. This workshop is not suitable for those brand new to a yoga practice.
