Beginning Yoga w/Melanie
Designed for learning the basics of yoga including postures, breathing, and meditation. This class is taught with an integrative style of Hatha yoga, holding postures, along with some Vinyasa (flow) between some postures, and each week features a theme that is integrated throughout the class. This class may be considered a stepping stone to an intermediate level class or your class of choice for a continuous practice.
Intermediate Yoga w/Melanie
This class features an integrative style of Vinyasa (flow) combined with Hatha yoga (holding postures), and each week features a theme that is integrated throughout the class. This class has more variety than beginning level yoga, and
includes more strengthening postures. Students are introduced to more challenging postures, such as, arm balances and inversions, in a safe, fun, and "no pressure" environment. Recommended for those comfortable with the basic postures of Beginning yoga and interested in expanding their practice.
Power Yoga w/Shayna
An energetic class that uses a flowing series of postures to create heat. This practice is accompanied by more upbeat music. Designed for students who are comfortable with their practice, and looking to find their edge.
Yogilates w/Melanie
This intermediate level class blends Melanie’s integrative style of yoga, with Pilates, an exercise system that focuses on strengthening your core muscles, your “powerhouse”. This class is slightly more exercise-based and strength-focused, but with yoga influences along the way. It is recommended for students comfortable with the postures of Beginning Yoga.
Gentle Yoga w/Melanie
A low-intensity class for those who want stretching and relaxation, without the physically challenging aspects of yoga. Designed for those seeking modifications and minimal intensity. Each week features a theme that is integrated throughout the class.
Drop-Ins
“Drop-ins” are allowed in all adult classes. Must have experience with yoga. $13/class
Multiple Classes
You may sign up for more than one class per week, and you receive a 10% discount if you do. This discount applies to regular 11-week sessions only, not to workshops, and you must register for the full session to receive the discount.

Family Fun Yoga w/ Melanie
Join us for a fun-filled workshop that will introduce families to yoga activities that they can practice together! You will be introduced to a variety of standing, balancing and seated yoga postures, many that can be done with partner or a small group. Come for fun and to enjoy yoga with those you love the most! Recommended for families with children ages 4-10 who can be attentive for a 1 hour class.
$10/person (1-hour class)
Advanced Core Strengthening &
Arm Balance Workshop w/Melanie
How do you feel about arm balances? In this workshop, we will explore that question. You will learn some core strengthening techniques to help de-mystify arm balances and awaken muscles you never knew you had! We will practice a variety of arm balances focusing on using our core muscles in the legs, abs and arms to help the body learn to lift and control its balance. Recommended for Intermediate level students and Beginning level students with at least 3 months of practice.

Belly Dance Workshop w/Nikka
Belly Dance has many benefits for your mind, body, and emotional state. In this class, you will learn to shimmy and vibrate your hips, snake your arms, undulate your torso, and flutter your tummy. Whether you are belly dancing for
enjoyment, toned abs, or to reduce stress it is a wonderful way to let loose, connect with others, and release your inner “you”. This belly dance class is for all shapes, sizes, and ages. Anyone will be able to comfortably participate and enjoy themselves. So come shimmy into shape!
$25/person (2-hour class)
Yin Yoga Workshop w/Shayna
Yin: the science of slowing down. Take time in this two hour workshop to really get to know your body, getting deeper within the fascia and bones. These simple, long-held postures are good for all levels. Class will finish with a long savasana and optional massage.

Thai Yoga Massage w/Shayna
Thai Massage is an ancient practice that combines compression with passive stretching to help open the body, increase circulation, and promote healing. It is both relaxing and invigorating.
$75 for 60 min. / $100 for 90 min.
