FOR WEEKLY CLASSES
Integrative Flow Yoga (Level 1/2)
This beginning level class is for learning the basics of yoga including postures, breathing, and meditation. This class is taught with an integrative style of Hatha (holding postures) and Vinyasa (flowing between postures). Each week features a theme that is integrated throughout the class. This class may be a stepping stone to a level 2/3 class or the class of your choice for a continuing practice.
Integrative Flow Yoga (Level 2/3)
This intermediate/advanced level class features an integrative style of Vinyasa (flow) combined with Hatha (holding postures). Each week features a theme that is integrated throughout the class. This class has more variety than level 1/2 class, and includes more strengthening postures. Students are introduced to more challenging postures, such as, arm balances and inversions, in a safe, fun, and "no pressure" environment. Recommended for those comfortable with the basic postures of level 1/2 yoga and interested in expanding their practice.
Yogilates (Level 2/3)
This intermediate/advanced level class blends our integrative style of yoga, with Pilates, an exercise system that focuses on strengthening your core muscles, also known as your “powerhouse”. This class is more exercise-based and strength-focused, but with yoga influences along the way. It is recommended for students comfortable with the postures of level 1/2 Yoga.
Mixed Level Flow Yoga (Level 1-3)
This mixed level vinyasa class is designed for all levels to practice comfortably. We will play with advanced poses and concepts, but modifications and practice poses will always be available to those whom are not quite ready. It is a positive no pressure atmosphere were everyone is free to practice at their own level.
Gentle Yoga (Level 1)
A low-intensity class for those who want stretching and relaxation, without the physically challenging aspects of yoga. Designed for those seeking modifications and minimal intensity. Each week features a theme that is integrated throughout the class.
Meditation, Relaxation & Visualization
Allow yourself to be guided toward self-acceptance, inner peace, relaxation and self-healing through this 6-week series of classes. We will explore a wide variety of meditation and visualization practices in this class that may change from session to session.
Mommy/Daddy and Me (ages 3 - 7)
Fun-filled yoga for parents and children to learn stretching, breathing, concentration, and relaxation. Children are often given handouts and props to use for practice at home. Please email Melanie for pricing information for this class.
Belly Dance
This belly dance class is for women of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Women of all levels and abilities will be able to comfortably participate and enjoy themselves.
Zumba
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what Zumba is all about. It's a fun, effective, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning dance fitness-party. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a fitness-party that is downright addictive!

Multiple Classes
You may sign up for more than one class per week, and you receive a 10% discount if you do. This discount applies to regular 11-week sessions only, not to workshops, and you must register for the full session to receive the discount. You will receive the 10% discount at your first class.
Drop-Ins
Students may drop-in to any class, however, Please email Melanie to check for space availability. $13/class (please pay with cash or check in the studio.)
Class Levels:
Level 1
For beginners; no experience necessary.
Level 2
For beginners and intermediate level students. Students are introduced to Sun Salutations, moving/flowing between postures in Sun Salutations, and working with twisting and binding poses.
Level 3
For experienced intermediate level and advanced students. Students are introduced to and should be comfortable with trying more challenging postures, like arm balances, headstands and handstands, and jumping/floating between postures in Sun Salutations.
